What is the NCSE?

The North Carolina Society of Engineers, founded in 1918, is a nonprofit non-partisan, non-sectarian organization which helps promote the social, economic, and technical interests of the engineering profession throughout the State of North Carolina. By fostering better standards of engineering ethics and disseminating engineering knowledge among its members, it helps secure efficient service for the public and protects the public from incompetence in all lines of engineering work.

The NCSE, with dedicated leadership, is actively pursuing these objectives, and to date has accomplished much for the most progressive of all southern states. You can help your colleagues achieve these necessary and worthy goals by active leadership in the NCSE.
