Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy: We are working closely with both the NC State Alumni Center and the Stateview Hotel to remain up to date on the most current cancellation policies.  You can read more about each location's policies below.

NCSE will do our best to adhere to all facility and CDC recommended guidelines in place for safety at all Meeting venues.  
  • Event Cancellation/Refunds are for COVID-precipitated changes ONLY, up to January 11, 2021, as per the Alumni Center's current COVID cancellation policy.
  • Hotel Reservation cancellation and refunds are through the individual guests and the Stateview Hotel.  NCSE is not responsible for any hotel charges you may incur during cancellation.​
